Congratulations on your 3 days smoke free!
When we quit smoking, we often have to change our routines. So for example, we learn how to have a coffee without a cigarette. I know it's difficult, but it's not impossible. Mind over matter!
You can do this, ascampbell. Believe in yourself, and take it one step at a time. Drink lots of water, distract yourself, keep busy, and think about all of the reasons why you want to quit. You deserve to live a smoke free life.
