Get up and get busy. Not sure of your situation, but get doing something, anything. Take a shower - pretty tough to smoke in the shower, although I'm sure some here have tried. And after your shower, you don't want undo the avocado scent of your shampoo and reek like cigarettes, so don't smoke then either. Smoking in the morning has long been part of your routine. You don't smoke anymore, so you need to change your routine. Myself, since I've quit, I enjoy breakfast sitting at the kitchen table, relaxing. No more running out the door without eating.
You mention coming on this forum helps, maybe you need to add that to your morning routine.
