Knowing that distractions can be a really helpful way to manage cravings, I thought it would be fun to start a "distraction corner". Somewhere that we can go to laugh at a joke or maybe read a fun fact when that urge is strong and we need to shift our thoughts away from it.
I'll start us off...
What did the blanket say when it fell off the bed?
