When a person smokes a cigarette, a spike of nicotine is
delivered to the brain. This causes the activation of certain brain receptors who
then release dopamine, providing pleasure and improvements in mood. The same
result can be achieved by being more active and doing some form of exercise,
from walking to swimming, biking, hiking to yoga, Tai Chi or other activities.
Even if you are physically limited you might be able to do exercises while you
