   Ok, I'm showing my age with the mixed tape, but maybe it could be a playlist for those of you whom have gone around the sun a few less times than myself.
   
   Let's all add one song to the list.  It could be an anthem.  Just something to rock out to.  A favourite song or a passing fad.  But something we can relate to in keeping or celebrating our quits.
   
   I'll start.  Leading off our mixed tape, is 'I Want to Break Free' by Queen.  What's next guys?  Oh, and only rule, is no WhiteSnake, lol!

   Okay.  On day one of my quit I would have said I felt like the "Eve of Destruction" by Barry Mcguire.  The whole first month felt like "30 days in the Whole" by Humble Pie and I often felt like I was "Free Fallin" by Tom Petty.  But today- "I'm Free" by The Who and in honor of Woodstock - "Freedom" by Ritchie Havens.  Also "Alright Now" by Free... and Free Bird by Lynyrd Skynyrd.  There must be so many more to add.  Showing my age too!
