    My sense is that if I smoke now, it's all been for nothing.  I won't let that happen.

    That thought is just your Brain tricking you, you are more powerful than it! you created a way to avoid it!

    Think in POSITIVE, YOU CAN CHANGE IT!
    Is quit normal to have those moments, is totally up to you to get rid of that moment!

    You are worth it than it!

    One day at the time!

    Hello Turningpoint,

    Everyone has their positive self-talk that works for them.  Sounds like you when you have those moments (as brieffree shared), reminding yourself of all the life style changes you have made helps you to stay focused.
