   Had lost track of time, and looking at my calendar... hey today @3 pm is my 7th day, yep 7 days like a week!! Yayyy

   Making it through your first week is a HUGE accomplishment!  Way to go!  Your chances of keeping your quit have now improved dramatically.   You have worked really hard to get to this point, and you should be really proud of yourself.  Keep up the good work, me_n_freedom.  You can do this!

   All these past days I taught it had been 3-4 days for the longest time. I keep busy and try to sleep it off more.
   
   I don't feel quite better physically yet but I do feel better of the achievement.

   Congratulations on making it through your first week! Like efreeman75 and treepo said, this is a HUGE accomplishment! It sounds that both keeping busy and taking care of yourself are working for you! 
   People experience physical benefits differently and at different times, but your body is starting to heal. You are nicotine free now and your lungs might start to clear out the mucus. Your senses of taste and smell will also improve. 
   
   Keep on going and make sure to sign up for the First Week Challenge Contest, if you have not done so!
