   been away for a while
   still not smoking and have quit counting days
   count months now       so this is my 4th month
   i have made a pledge to keep chewing nicorettes until i am over 6 months
   back to my exercise routine as well
   so hi to everybody and here is my pledge to remain smoke free this month

   It's great to hear that you are now in your fourth month smoke free.  Way to go!  You should be really proud of yourself.
   
   Now that the weather is warming up, hopefully your exercise routine will be more fun than burdensome.  Whatever workout you do, it will be so much easier now that you don't smoke.  And all that movement will help your lungs to clear out.
   
   Enjoy another smoke free month!
