    Good Afternoon,

I have now reached two weeks smoke free with the help of an occasional NRT lozenge or piece of gum, but only rarely. As much as possible I have a small candy or regular gum instead. It reminds me of Lilly Tomlin on the old SNL shows doing the operator and blowing a bubble. "One ringy dingy..." I'm getting my fill of vegetable snacks and juices. Feeding like a rabbit! The savings are mounting rapidly and I am looking forward to starting in on my bucket list of rewards down the road.

    Good Morning,

Thank you for your kind remarks Brieffree and Ocean. I believe this forum has a lot to do with me staying smoke free. I come here twice a day to read others successes and encouragements. Knowing that I am a part of a group with the same goal of staying smoke free makes all the difference in the world.
