   Hi Everybody
   
   3 years and 9 Months ago, I come to this site for help to quit forever!
   At the beginning was a torture, I was confronting myself against myself! After smoke 3 pks a day, I was really sick! 
   
   The first week was easy, get rid off all that remain me smokes. Then the problem started, with my high and low moments, I experience a roller-coaster of feeling, until I see what cause the problem. 
   
   Did I seep or relapse, for sure! but, about 3 years ago I stop complete, stop cheating and thinking and smokes!
   
   How, well, is a job of everyday, focus in my own quit and what it really matters to stay smoke free! No more smoke into my lungs!
   
   Today, I see my past and the energy that I have know I feel Great! In all aspects.
   
   One day at the time!

   I have always been a big supporter of you and the efforts you made to quit.  I know how hard you struggled, and what bad shape you were in because of your heavy smoking.  But you were determined to keep going, and look at you now.  Wow brieffree, I am so happy for you and so very proud!  You are truly an inspiration to us all.
   
   Congratulations on this huge accomplishment!  You are rocking your quit!

   3 years is all about your determination/strength to attack this horrible addiction & reap all the benefits of being smoke free! So proud of you & how far you have come! 😀

   Thanks for sharing your story with us more recent non-smokers. 
   
   It is so true how many of us slip or relapse and cheat ourselves. It happens because quitting is hard work.
