I had a dream recently that I was smoking cigarettes and thinking how disappointed I was that i had started smoking again after having quit for a year and a half. It was one of those dreams that seemed vivid and real.
Then I awoke and didn't think about the dream until an hour later, when I remembered it and realized it wasn't real, IT WAS A DREAM!! I was so relieved! Then I celebrated!
AND HERE I AM:
586 days smoke free NOPE 100 percent
Cigarettes not smoked 5860 - that is INCREDIBLE!
Risk of heart attack cut in half
