    Today February 28 is one year since I quit  smoking!
    I really can’t believe it’s been one year. It has not been an easy journey but I stuck with it and today I am feeling great and very proud of myself. 
    this forum has helped me so much by reading old posts and posting myself. And of course the best saying
    NOPE. 
    I am going to visit my grandchildren today and celebrate 🎉🎉

    Congratulations jb63. You have now become a old fogey with the rest of us. You have had a lot of us looking up to you for showing them how it is done. Keep up the quit and keep using NOPE.P.S.  Give yourself a big reward you deserve it.

    JB that is fantastic. Congratulations. I remember when you joined here and were trying so hard. Look at you now. You've done it and have good reason to be so proud of yourself. 
    I fell off the wagon after 6 months and did try to get back on the horse again a few times but defeat had set in and I just wasnt ready. But Im back now with a vengeance and Im going to do it this year. Plough through that 6 month milestone and keep going to get to a year like you.

    Well done again... keep going.

    Today is 500 days smoke free !
    I am really enjoying being a non smoker. I still have times I would like one. But I always remember NOPE not one puff ever !

    Hi jb63. Congratulations on 1 year and now 500 days. Being smoke free is such a great feeling. It still feels  like yesterday that we quit. I understand about the urges, as I still get them also, They dot not last long and I am just amazed , I can ignore them and go on to something else.. I still use NOPE. It works.  Keep it up and have a good summer.
