    Hello everyone, hope you all had a fantastic long weekend!

    With the warmer weather starting to appear, and summer fast approaching (June 21!) what are some new challenges in your quit/quit attempt that you think you may be facing with the new season? What is your plan/idea to deal with them?

    Feel free to share your past experiences and how you have overcome them as well if you have already quit!

    Hi Steven:

    I am staying away from drinks as well, and I am also running/walking daily now.  I am sure I will easily survive summer 2019.  :)

    The trigger to which I am most vulnerable is alcohol, so I've eliminated that completely.

    Hi Turningpoint,

    Congratulations you seem to be determined to want to change your smoking habits.
    Have you thought about other beverages that you can drink to replace the alcohol?
