In the "For Smokers Who Want To Quit" booklet, which is available via the posted link below or by calling in to Smokers Helpline (1 877 513 5333) to order a hard copy, there is a "Quit Plan" diary/journal that can be used for tracking cigarette use. This can be very useful for those who wish to cut down gradually, or just be used to track your quit progress and triggers.
