    Does anyone smoke when they are depressed and bored? I am on disability and don't work and find I smoke out of boredom\ depression

    Often people smoke out of boredom and depression. Do you find your smoking has increased now that you are home, with more time on your hands?

    Sounds like you might be interested in making change around your smoking. Any ideas on next steps for yourself?
