    Almost 2 weeks smoke free now.  I'm turning the ship around.  Giving fully my strength and effort.  It's working, the ship is turning, but often I feel exhausted from tip to toe.

    2 weeks! That's fantastic!

    I love the analogy of "turning the ship around", and that's exactly what you're doing. And yes, it takes soooo much strength but you're doing that too!
