    Tamhart,

    2 Weeks! Way to go.

It is amazing how quickly our body starts to recover from the addiction. I had smoked so long that I didn't realize how much the smoking affected me physically until I had quit.

Keep the focus on your quit. You're well on you way to being a non-smoker.

    Hi tamhart,

That's awesome!  And that you're doing it around your smoking husband is even more impressive.

And I'm glad to hear that you feel better already.  It's amazing how quickly we reap the rewards of not smoking and how blind we were to the negative effects.

    Keep it up!

    Hello tamhart,

Good work with 2 weeks behind you!  Glad to hear that reflecting on the reasons you quit and your benefits is what keeps you on track.

More to come for you as you continue to feel even better.

    Marianne
