    I’m full of gratitude for my 6 days. I pledge this Sunday to be abstinent. To control my emotions, as I’m feeling very testy. I pledge to not take my irritation out on those I love and everyone. I pledge to be pleasant and even to smile. I pledge to support any I see who are having I bad moment. I promise to stay quit all day, into tomorrow. I pray. 🤗
