    Hi Free,

Congratulations on your decision to quit smoking. I hope you will be putting together a quit plan for November 1st. Writing out a list of reasons for your quit and keeping it handy for reference helps a lot. Set out some rewards for milestones along the way too! Wishing you every success.

    Hi Free,

Welcome and congratulations for taking this big step to quit smoking! You are on your way to a healthier lifestyle and your decision to quit will bring positive changes in your life. You seems well prepared and had set a quit date for November 1st. How do you plan to quit? Do you want to quit cold turkey or use a nicotine replacement therapy? Like eagerquit said, having a plan, writing out your reasons to quit and set out some rewards can be helpful. People also find helpful to do the following: changing their habits and routines; have different distractions; do some exercises; drink water; go for a walk; eat healthy snacks; make an easier schedule for themselves; talk to a friend; go day by day etc. What kind of activities do you enjoy doing?

Know that we are here for you and you are not alone on your journey to quit smoking. We all want to see you succeed. Come by anytime just to let us know how you are doing.

Best wishes and good luck on your quit journey!
