    Hi everyone,

Yippee!  Just past three weeks and finding it easier and easier as each day passes.  No regrets, but I so wished I had tried this earlier.  However, I probably wouldn't have succeeded as I wasn't ready.  This time I was.  I think that's what's helping me the most, wanting and needing this so badly, that I just won't let anything stand in my way.  Not the cravings, not the day-to-day stresses, not the hold that a cigarette had over me every hour or so.  I do not miss that.  Wishing everyone a successful journey and a smoke free future!

I’m only on day 2 but feel inspired by Rosie’s words. I hope this forum will help me stay quit this time...I’ve lost count of how many times I’ve tried to quit over the years but I’m more determined than ever this time. Wish me luck folks!

    rosie1931,

    congratulations on your success!!

    tish,

We can use those relapses to our advantage and take each one as a learning opportunity rather than a failure. We can certainly learn from past slip-ups how to do things differently next time.

Best of luck to you both,

    Jenna Lee
