I can't believe that it's been over 6yrs (2293 days) since I had my last smoke!!!
It was THIS forum that was my major motivation at the time.  So many helpful members and staff to help me overcome each of the inherent challenges / cravings etc that came and went over the days and weeks.
Those days and weeks became months, and eventually the unimaginable thought of hitting my first YEAR smoke-free! :O
Wow - what a feeling to be able to tell myself that I'd done it...I had finally overcame the nicotine monster and was finished with that chapter in my life!
There were many, many members on this forum that warned of all of the upcoming challenges I could be facing with relapse etc. and that really helped me to refrain from ever having another cigarette again!!!
While I was going through my own quit, I had created a webpage full of free resources that I'd manage to collect to help myself and others with their quits too!
Check it out if you'd like: There's a TON of awesome resources available:
    BUTTINGOUT Free Resources!

I hope that everyone here is taking advantage of absolutely EVERY resource that's being made available to them!!!
...I know that the staff members here work tirelessly to provide support over the phone, email, etc however and wherever they can!
