Hi, I've just migrated here but I can't find the One Step At A Time planning sections.  I can't find them here.  Do you know where they are?

    Hi Ocean,

You can download the books here

We also modeled our Quit Plan on One Step at a Time, so by working through the plan you'll actually be following along through most of the steps AND saving your activity results online.

Hi Ocean.  Go to the drop down menu in the upper right, select How We Can Help. Scroll down to the near bottom and you'll see One Step at a Time.  Below that, they list the title of the resources. Hope that helps. ☺️

I thought the One Step At A Time was published and owned by the Canadian Cancer Society.  I always used them when I was having a hard time, to go back to, and I'd catch something I'd missed.  I really hope they provide much more information than what is here, as it comes across as just blurbs and blanks, no depth.  I think this site is missing so much information, it's like it's just a shell with only a few sentences vs. real knowledge.

    Hey Ocean,

I assume you are referring to the activities and content in the Quit Plan.

That was a tough piece to develop because we were trying to provide as much detail as necessary without being overwhelmed by text (which was a complaint we received a lot on the old site). I'm certain that section will see some edits as we get more feedback, as will some of the other content areas.

Was there anything in particular that you really missed, or was it just the overall lightness in quantity of content?

Overall, the print materials are still available for the more in-depth content as mentioned above, and we continue to promote those as well.
