   How nice to see that familiar name back and posting. 
   
   You have been so dedicated and diligent in achieving this freedom Mud Man. You posted regularly and fought the battles courageously. Along the way, you supported and inspired so many fellow quitters.  They are still around and pop by at times and charge up the newbies as you have.
   
   This countdown to 5 years in November,  is inspiring Mud Man, we are cheering for you!

   So you're coming up to 5 years, eh?  That is terrific!  Doesn't it make you feel good to think how much you have accomplished?  Who knew we could really do this?
   
   December 29th will be 4 years for me.  I have never stopped being grateful to the people on this site who helped to pull me through all of the struggles.  Thank goodness we made the effort to quit.  It truly is life changing.
   
   Keep enjoying the freedom, Mud Man.  You truly deserve it!
