Hello, I was remembering why I had to quit. Is very important to have it fresh! in front of You.

My rezone was, I went to the Doctor due to pain in legs, coifing like nuts, no power to work and 30 percent of Lung capacity damage from smoking!

    Briefree!

Thank you for bringing up this idea. It really is a good strategy to keep focused on why you are doing this! Some days can be really tough to get through and we can forget about the big picture. For you, brieffree, your body was letting you know and you listened.

Congrats on that and on keeping those reasons top of mind, it really works!
As they say, members "keep your eye on the prize!"

    Hi brieffree,

If you ever forget, ask me, because your story really hit me hard.  It was absolutely critical that you stop smoking, and you did.  You literally saved your own life.  And I am truly thrilled for you!

Keep enjoying breathing the fresh air, brieffree.  And just know that your body will get stronger and stronger the longer you keep your quit.

You are an inspiration to me, and you should be super proud of yourself that you quit smoking for good.

    Hi Teepeo

Believe it or not that was true!
So, I must try to keep my quit as much I can and get as much help I can wile I work 24/7.

Lets remember also, the happy times when I first quit! I feel the change right away, I guess was my time to quit or else!

    One day at the time!

And I like yo post some pictures or something else but I can not. so, i will try to share my confidence in that way.

We have the power to change all our bad decisions, no matter haw hard that will be, the first step is to listen to your body signs. Hear your briefing!

I know how I addicted to it I am. That is why when the cravings comes I quickly change to get rid it and don't fail.
