Yes I made it to 1 month except this weekend the cravings really hit me ....just one night but determined to stay strong and yes it was Thanksgiving and drinking and some emotional stuff I would rather have skipped but kept a smile on my face because I need to remember to not let stress be an excuse

    Alexjw,

Congratulations on both your 1 month and getting through some tough stuff this weekend! Keep up the great work, and continue to recognize and build off of your successes!

Did you do anything specific to help you get through that rough patch on the weekend?

    Hi Alexjw,

Congratulations on staying smoke free for a month. That is awesome. Nice job. Yes those pesky cravings can crop up, yuck. A smile on the face wins every time. Enjoy the freedom from your addiction and reward yourself on your milestone. It is well deserved.
