The new Dashboard says 4 days completed my calender says this is day 7 either way I am smoke free still.  Everything went good at the STOP program and they are keeping me on the 21 mg and 14 mg at least for another week.  I am still using the lozenges and the spray and cant forget my sharpies.  Unlike my last quit I am not having the problems sleeping yet which is a good thing.  I found a new stressor over the weekend.  Assembling Ikea furniture.  Glad I had a little wrench in my hand and a Spray in my pocket.

Congratulations on reaching a week!  If you can remain a non-smoker through assembling Ikea furniture, you can make it through ANYTHING!  Way to go!

    Hi Manderson4,

    Congratulations on your quit!!
It sounds like things are going really well.

Is there a glitch with the information being displayed on your Dashboard? Perhaps we can look into this for you and try to get it showing the right number of days that you've been smoke free. Feel free to e-mail us at smokershelpline@ontario.cancer.ca

Have a great smoke free day,
    Emily

Hi Manderson4, congratulations on your Quit.  Keep going, you are doing so well.  It’s awesome that you keep busy with the IKEA furniture, rather very helpful. Carm.

    Hi manderson4,

Congrats on your first full week! That is really terrific!  And I am glad that the STOP program was a positive experience for you.  Keep on truckin', my friend, and good luck with the furniture.  Yikes!
