Hi everyone. I have been going through a fall season of quitting and starting. Yesterday I started a new quit. I MUST quit and would appreciate all the support I can get. Thanks

    Quitting2017,

So many of us have to keep trying to find a quit that finally sticks. The most important this is that you are still committed to quitting. It took me a lot of years before I finally nailed it. I'm coming up on 1 year, before that my record was like 7 days.

The quit plan at the top of this site was really helpful to get me started.

So tell us what how you are approaching your quit. What methods are you using?

    Hi quitting2017,

I'm glad you're back and ready to take on a new quit!

I'm three months into my quit, so I'm still learning what it means to be a nonsmoker. But I am committed to this quit and each day I remain smoke free empowers me to move through another. It's so true what they say, you really got to want it.

In keeping with atp's question, what kind of a plan are you thinking will help?

    Keep us updated!
