    Hey forum new here Ive tried quitting a bunch of times but this time Im trying to do it with as much support as I can find. Hope everyone is doing well and have a great day. Oh and tomorrow June 24th is my quit day :)

    Congrats on deciding to quit smoking. I find it very helpful to check on here and read old posts lots of great advice and ideas.
    take it one day at a time. It does get better and better

    How are you going about quitting? Are you going to use some NRT?

    Hi aaron_808.  I'm just wondering how you're doing.  You had set a quite date and all.  So are you smoke-free?
