   Tough time. Even on patch. Don't know what to do when their is nothing else to do. Just started patch. Still smoking. About half of usual

   I know is a difficult time, but nothing is impossible, I think you have the power to beat your addiction!
   Think in why you want to quit! 
   Or what are you going to do with the money save in smokes?
   You ca do it!

   I am somewhat pleased that i have cut down to half or more than what i used to smoke. Someone holds my cigarettes. This help. I have to go thru a process to get a smoke. They aren't readily available
