   Hi Everyone
   
   I had the Luck to know someone who smokes really bad, worse than me.
   I saw him days ago, He told me He was really sick, he when to the Doctor and He told Him, " One smoke more, can Kill you"
   
   Man, I have see him, really bad. I told him, is the best think you did for you!
   
   Please if you are struggle, think in that person he really has been save!
   
   Smokes are killing you! Please find better choices!

   It is lucky to know those who have succeeded at quitting! When you hear the benefits of quitting for others, well, it can help us stay motivated in our own quit.

   I totally agree with you.  You know, when I first heard your story, I was so worried about you.  I thought, "Now here is someone who truly needs to quit in order to survive."  And you did it.  You were such a heavy smoker, but you worked really hard and became a non-smoker.  And you inspired me.  You still do.
   
   Now look at you, trying so hard to help others.  That is how I feel, too.  I think it is so important to support each other, because quitting is so very hard to do.
   
   Thank you for your continued encouragement of others, brieffree.  I really, truly admire you.
