    Hi lisa

    Way to go!

All THE HARD work paid of 3 months free is a wonderful job!

You should regard your self with something that makes you happy!

    Freedom is yours!

Hi Brieffree and Emily Thank you Thank you
Well I am going to reward myself and get my teeth all cleaned and whitened when the restrictions of Dental care lifts for non emergency's. It was one of my rewards when I first filled out the forms to quit over 3 months ago.I can wait !!!
    Thanks everyone :)

    Hi missmelissa1

Welcome to help line, 3 Weeks smoke free you totally did it! Those feelings are normal, depending in How much you use to smoke before!
It helps a lot to distract yourself in those moments, so the intensity of it reduce considerably.
    Drink plenty water
Talk to someone who you believe about it, it really helps....
You can imagen what to do instead of sleeping into the crave.

It very important to Have with you the rezone why you want to quit!

Relax, you will feel so much better, very soon.

    One day at the time!
