   Well it has been over six months since I quit and I am still going. I am so grateful that I could quit this time and checking back in on this site has reminded me of that and not to get complacent. I think what has made the difference this time is to really take care of myself in the rough moments and to see smoking for the scam that it is. One day at a time. We got this.

   6 months - WOOHOO!  That is awesome!  You have worked so hard to get to this point, quitfriend, and you should be really proud of yourself.  Quitting takes a lot of hard work and commitment, and you have proved that you have what it takes to get the job done.  I am so happy for you!
   
   Do something nice for yourself.  You deserve it!

   It's been a while since I checked and was thrilled to see your post that you made it to 6 months!!!! (well - almost 7 months now...) 
   It does start to get easier from here on in.

   Congrats in 6 months, 
   
   We are not new in these journey, same as our bad habit!
   So, we need an enforcement in our Confidence to keep our quit for good!
   Sometimes when we are in lower confidence our addiction heat back, it will be good idea to review our Plan. and make adjustments......
   
   We are  Humans, we have feelings lower and intensive emotions, be nice regard your self and enjoy!
   
   Cheers 6 months free is a big mark! go  for one  day more! you can do it!
