how do i find my old ID

    I quit smoking at least 6 years ago or so and i had an ID then.. healthy at 50 and i can't login any longer under this ID.. i wanted to see how long i have quit smoking and without my profile, i have no idea of how many years ago this was.. I created a new ID to be able to communicate as the toll free number did not give me a person to talk to.  please assist.

    Welcome back, and BIG congratulations on at least 6 years quit, first of all!

    As for logging in under your old ID, unfortunately it isn't possible. We migrated to our new website in November, 2017, and at that time everyone had to create new profiles and logins. We no longer have access to any of the information from our old site, including quit dates, sorry to say.  

    However, if you also were speaking with our Quit Coaches back then we would still have your quit date on file in our phone support database. You can reach us in Ontario at 1-866-641-7675, or in Manitoba, Saskatchewan, PEI or the Yukon at  1-877-513-5333. Our office hours are Monday-Thursday: 8am-9pm, Friday, 8-6, and 9-5 on the weekends (EST).
