   Congrats on making it past the 4 month mark! 
   
   It was around 4 months that I really started to feel like a non-smoker. Wasn't missing the 'habit' part as much, was feeling healthier overall, just moving on with life. Hope you are starting to feel the same. 
   
   Keep that quit going!

   Congrats on making it to 6 months as a non-smoker! 
   
   By now you can look back at all you have accomplished and enjoy the freedom you have gained being a non-smoker.

   Finally, Day has arrived!!!!
   
   Its been a Year of no smoking. Now no worries except few coughing episodes once in two months kind off, where i can see black thick sputum. I can go lifelong by hating smoke, smoking & smokers!!!
