    Hello Meganon,

Sounds like hunger cravings yet you are not hungry?  Do warm beverages help?  You are right, way better than craving a smoke.  Not certain if this is connected to withdrawal.  Best to bring up with a doctor especially if any other symptoms associated.

Let us know how you are doing.

    Hello Meganon,

So glad to hear you are better, it is not nice when the stomach is hurting.  Are you thinking the patch has some effect on your hunger or how you feeling?  You can certainly talk to the doctor/pharmacist about it.  The patch is recommended for 3 months.  The good thing about it is that you stay on it longer if need be.  You know yourself best and how you feel.

Keep us updated and congratulations on your success, that is amazing!

    Marianne
