    Good Morning everyone

    Alp, I proudly take your hand and pledge to remain smoke free an other day and I extend my other hand in friendship to support the next Brave Non Smoker in Line.

    (it feels good to actually think about what this pledge means and then post it knowing it is a commitment on my part and then inviting another member to do the same. We are all in this together).
