    Hi glenda,

Good for you for deciding to quit smoking.  It is one of the most important things you could ever do for yourself.

Take it one step at a time, and keep distracting yourself.  You will enjoy the freedom of being a non-smoker.

hi, thank you for encouraging me:  I am using an e cigarette, and I stopped putting milk in my morning coffee, black with a sugar replacement. I need to get out walking and starting a hobby that keeps my hands busy. Onward, I hope I never have a day like that again!

    hi there,
good for you!! it's not easy that's for sure. I was also a die hard smoker, well I like to think that I will always be that person, not 1 cigarette not 1.  The E-cigarette is helpful, with the hand to mouth habit I've been using it too  Almost 3 months in....it does get better One Day at a time. Lots of water...Good Luck!
