I originally set my quit date for Feb 12. Happy to say that my last smoke was Feb 5. 2 weeks and still not smoking. Feeling better, breathing much easier but do feel a little lethargic.

    Good Evening Try Again,

Congrats for quitting and for quitting early!

Love to hear that a) you are experiencing benefits such as feeling better, and breathing much easier and b) that you are paying attention to the benefits you are gaining!

Feeling lethargic is pretty normal when you quit - your body is getting used to not having the stimulant effect of smoking. Your energy should start to return to normal soon...in the meantime, be good to yourself, getting two weeks in smoke-free is a real accomplishment and takes a lot of focus. Rewarding yourself, even with something small but meaningful would be a great way to honour the two weeks you've earned!

Keep up the good work and keep us posted - we love updates!
