Welcome Tarrian.
Briefree finds distraction to be a very helpful strategy in getting through it. Give that some thought, maybe make a list of projects you could use to help. Slow deep breathing can mimic the inhales you made as a smoker and help you to relax. It may be a good idea to use that, practice it daily to help it become the norm for you when craving or stressed.
Little things do add up to help!
