    Hi auntbertie52,

Congratulations on making the decision to quit!

What are you finding helpful in this quit? What are you doing for the cravings?

Please feel free to call Smokers' Helpline if you would like some extra support and to set up some check in calls. We're always happy to help.

Have a great smoke free evening,
    Emily

    Hello auntbertie 52,

Everybody seems to find that the beginning of a quit is no picnic.  I cling to the words of the long time quitters who say it does get better and is so worth it.  I'm using the patch which really helps with cravings.  Being able to read the posts on this site reminds me I'm not alone with my struggles and gives me hope.

Best of luck with your quit.

    Hi Auntbertie52,

I am sorry you have to start over again because I know it's the pits.  But hang in there.  You have done it before, and you can do it again.  Take it one step at a time.  And post often.  We are all here for you.
