    Hi Treanna,

Congratulations on more than a month smoke free. That is fantastic! you have the power. I hope you have rewarded yourself on your accomplishment. When you have one of your moments consider the four "D's":

Delay. The urge will pass whether you smoke or not.
    Deep breathe.
    Drink water.
Do something to take your mind off smoking.

    All the very best,

    Eagerquit

    Hi treana,

WooHoo!  You have now been smoke free for over a month.  Congratulations!

Treana, I quit cold turkey, too, so I know what you're going through.  Personally, I found the first whole month the hardest.  After that, it started to get easier.

I agree with eagerquit.  Stick to the 4 Ds.  They will really help you to get through the tough times.  And remember NOPE - Not One Puff Ever.  You are doing something amazing!  Keep up the good work. You are worth it!

Congrats treana on over one month smoke free!  that is a very big deal. I know exactly how you feel when you wish this is the final time you quit.  I am determined for this to be my final time too, I quit March 5 2018, after many years of smoking and many quits.  I get prepared if I will be around smokers and make a vow to have not one puff - NOPE as treepeo says - and to really understand what triggers me so I can avoid or accept that, and make different choices.
Give yourself a pat on the back for your success so far!
