   Hi. I am new to this. I’m on day 12 no smokes. I smoked for 50 years. Thanks for helping me quit. I’m on the CAMH program using the patch.

   Hi 
   Today is 2 weeks. I'm using Step 2 patch & 2-3 inhalers daily. I haven't attended any social functions yet. I'm scared lol. So far so good though. Thanks for the email this morning.  Alice.
