   Good Morning!
   
   Today I am marking 250 days since I left cigarettes behind. My stats:
   
   Savings $4,290
   Cigarettes not smoked 8,250
   Life saved 63 days 30 minutes
   
   There are a lot of benefits to not smoking. I am very glad to be rid of the habit.
