   Decided due to bronchitis and after 55 years of smoking it was time to quit.  I am so happy with my decision I can breath so much better, have more time to do what I want without a cigarette.  It hasn’t been all that hard I am using the patch and do have the spray mist which I have only used occasionally.  I must say the withdrawals at times can be very hard but I just move on and do something that is fun.  One thing I am finding is I get very hot not sure if that is due to the patch.
   just have to say the best decision I have ever made my bank account is also enjoying the savings which will mean more trips for my husband and me.

   HIya Meganon - way to go! So glad to hear your quit is doing well- sounds like you are getting good support from the NRT, as well as finding strategies that keep you busy when you are having a craving!
   There are so many benefits to quitting, and its wonderful to hear you are already enjoying better breathing (and a growing bank account! yay!).
