    Hi everyone, I’m back again.
i made it through day one!
so here I am feeling like a zombie but working my way through day two.
my daughter is two days ahead of me, I’m so proud of her. She had a busy Halloween dressing up her two little dragons.
i gotta stay quit, it’s probably too late for me. Better late than never?

    Hi Eddy,

It's never too late to quit!
Great that you and your daughter are quitting together, you can encourage each other.
Wishing you both lots of success and enjoy those Halloween candies!

    Hi Eddie,

Trust me, it's never too late to quit.  Fight alongside your daughter.  There is strength in numbers.  You can do this.  Believe in yourself.

    Hi Friends!

For those of you who are in the thick of their first week smoke-free, keep hanging in there! It will get easier and the "you of the future" is going to be so appreciative of your hard work!

Today could be a good day to take it easy, do something you enjoy, give yourself a good pat on the back, and then recommit yourself to your goal -- remember why this is so important in the first place!

Treepeo, I agree that it's never too late. There is always something to be gained, and it's possible to quit no matter who you are or how many years you've smoked.

Eddie, glad you're taking those deep breaths of fresh air!

Olivertwist, glad to have you join in the conversation, and welcome to our forums!

Keep your eyes on the prize!

    -Efram
