    I proudly take your hand and Pledge to remain smoke free an other day , I extend my other hand in friendship to support the next Brave Non Smoker in Line.

    Good afternoon,

    Today is my 3rd day smoke free. The cravings are there but I will wait them out or do a puzzle. Today is Sunday and I looked up this Pledge. Brieffree, it is beautiful ...
