    Hi Emily
The pain is gone, is a new day, full a new hope, review my plan, and I will have to change my inner emotions to do not go into the crave, I swear I did, again I CONFRONT my self to my believes, I need it a way of relief, like I had monster inside of me, pushing me into the crave, for 2 days.
    Thank you so much!

One day at time, never give up!
