    Thank you for your reply. I have been checking in on the helpline for a couple of weeks now, and have found it so helpful. The tips and positive conversations really are a boost that I need.

    Hi Eagerquit, thanks for your words of encouragement. I am on day 42 and am doing ok but find it sure helps to feel connected to others on the same journey. I don’t think I would have made it this far without support, and this site is great!
