Hard to beat these cravings but so far so good. I quit October 27th. On the lozenges. Had some good advice on trying some mint candies. Keeping busy isn't always easy. Sometimes I get to bored with myself. I don't want to always depend on the nrts But can't help it sometimes.

    Hi again cindydavis,

These products are designed to help make cravings more manageable. Please do not hesitate to use them if you are struggling with a craving. Additionally, rest assured that the products are meant to be used for a 2-3 month time period, so if you still feel like you need them, that is normal. Once you have more confidence in handling cravings, you can focus on reducing your lozenge use. You may even find that your use naturally decreases over time without effort.

Boredom is a common trigger for cravings. Having a plan to occupy your time can help. What are activities you enjoy? What can you do to feel productive or accomplished? Is there a hobby you did not have time to do because smoking was a time-consumer?

    Hope this helps,

    Jenna Lee
