    Please note that we are aware of a current issue with support e-mails being delivered in duplicate. Our technical team is working on a solution, and I will update when it is resolved. Thanks for your patience.

    In fixing the duplicate issue, it seems we've gone too far the other way, and now support e-mails aren't sending at all. We were testing a fix this morning which resulted in multiple e-mails to a very small group of individuals. Sorry about that. We'll let you know when we have more news to share on this issue.
